LevelSet helps leaders develop greater role clarity and understand where they're hitting and missing the mark (doing so in a way that predicts leader success and providing information early enough that off-track leaders can course-correct as needed). Since 1990, Linda has been a practicing coach and consultant, working with leaders of over 40 companies in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and retail sectors. Prior to this role, she served in corporate and operational leadership roles for a large retailer.
