Sandee Workman has been the Director of Operations for Leader OnBoarding since 1999. She leads and coordinates the efforts of the LOB administrative team, including Accounting, Technology and Marketing and also manages the Coaching/Consultant Support function. Sandee excels at project management and administrative oversight, and was instrumental in the development of LOB’s proprietary LevelSet: Early Feedback tool. Prior to LOB, Sandee worked in Training at Discover Card for 11 years, where she developed and administered a number of in-house training programs. She also served in a Board role overseeing Internal/Marketing Communications for the American Society for Training and Development.
