Susan Alexander

Practice Leader, Banking and Investments

Susan Alxander is a consultant with professional training in Leadership Development. She coaches executives and managers, with a special emphasis on the power of self-perception, communications, and their influence on job performance.

She has served as a consultant and leadership coach for 15 years, most recently in an external capacity. During that time, Susan completed 23 years at a financial institution in various leadership capacities, including strategic planning and new product development. In that role, she also co-led, and served as a coach, in a transformational leadership program delivered to middle- and upper-level managers.

Susan holds a BS in Medical Communications and MBA in Finance Concentration from The Ohio State University. She is a part-time faculty instructor at Otterbein College, Department of Communications. Susan also has licenses and certification in Leadership Development and Strategic Planning Programs, Leadership Columbus Program, NASD Series 65 & Coaching Certification, as well as several assessment tools.

Her client base includes retail, financial services, insurance and

other service and manufacturing organizations.
