Andrea Thomas is a management consultant with professional training in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and extensive experience as an executive onboarding coach to senior leaders.
She has been practicing for 13 years in the arena of organization and leadership development, pre-hire assessment, coaching/executive development and training.
Andrea received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Ohio State University. Her Ph.D. is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and she did her doctoral research on emotional intelligence and its impact on success in the workplace. Andrea is on the business faculty at
