Josette is a successful executive coach, and has also served as an executive-level leader for several companies, including American Express, Household Finance, Enesco Giftware and Trizec Properties. Josette is a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University and accredited by the International Business Coach Institute (IBCI). She is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) and the Societuy of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is an active mentor nationally to executives that are affiliated with SHRM.
